This was my second visit at this location and I will definitely visit again. It is perfectly situated in a peaceful and private setting yet close to all the conveniences in town. The house was thoughtfully stocked with a dog kennel (and treats) in addition to kitchen and laundry necessities. Dylan was a responsive and perfect host. My dog traveled with me and thoroughly enjoyed the open space for walks. My only regret was not having enough time to roast marshmallows at the fire pit.

Beautiful and affordable! For the price per person, this was easily one of the nicest vacation stays I’ve had. The customer service was impressive, the house was clean, and the customer information packet was clear.

Our stay was peaceful! We had everything we needed and the house was very comfortable. If we are ever back in the area, this would be our 1st choice for a place to stay. We would recommend this house to anyone needing a place to stay in Delano.

This was a great little country stay! Cute cabin with a fire pit, nice beds, good shower. Perfect home base for our weekend in the area. And it was great to be able to bring our pup along!

We had a great experience and highly recommend this home to anyone in the area. I was hiking nearby and this was a great pit stop for me. Dylan & his team have thought of everything - The kitchen is fully stocked, living room is super comfortable, fast wifi, etc. 5 stars!

We had a very pleasant stay and everything was exactly how it was described when we rented. It was very close to our event and that simplified our weekend. The house was clean ad tidy. We fealt at home at this house. I highly recommend renting this house.

Love the place, my wife and son did, too. Fun theme and lovely surroundings. Cool farm stuff close by, too. A great way to escape the city and enjoy the country. We will be back!

This was a beautiful and cozy house with very nice amenities. The bed was super comfortable, which you don't always find in rentals. It is in a great location near the Hiawassee.

We could not have been happier staying here! The cabin was attractive and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. A big plus for me was that the water pressure in the shower was perfect - I can't wake up without a shower. Dylan provided a variety of pods for the Keurig coffee maker and even had creamer in the refrigerator. (Could have saved that $1.99 I spent for cream at the grocery store if I had known. ;). Dylan was very responsive to our questions and graciously arranged for us to check in 1.5 hours early. I would be very happy to stay here again the next time we're in this beautiful part of Tennessee.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in all of Tennessee, it's so peaceful. The area could not be more lush and beautiful, the spot itself is prefect, well built and cozy. It's got this very soothing vibe, both times I've stayed I've woke feeling totally rejuvenated and refreshed. Something about the air and surrounding countryside that's healthy beyond what meets the eye, though it's gorgeous too.
